For buy and hold investors you might want to pick up "The Unofficial Guide To Real Estate Investing" by Strauss, Building Wealth One House At A Time" by Schaub, and "Hold-How TO Find, Buy, and Rent Houses For Wealth" by Chader, Doty, and McKissack.
