Hi,I am in the process of putting a property in San Antonio for sale and I am looking for some staging company suggestions.

Been told specifically that "this loan officer here will write them"...and then you call that loan officer and they aren't even at that company anymore. 

Furthermore, the inspection must be performed by a certified liquid waste hauler and dated within six months of the sale.Additionally, there's a mandatory reporting component: liquid waste haulers are required to submit the inspection report to county health officials.

BiggerPockets Team, What mailer companies are you using and highly recommend?

It would be great if they could have the option of reporting to credit bureaus to increase their credit score. 

I was thinking of purchasing a hot tub...I called local companies and can get a 220v hot tub for around 6500, or could order a "plug and play" online that is 110v.

They've decided to part ways with this company and have asked me to manage the property on their behalf.
