This might be a redundant post but every few times it's a good reminder that they are leeches out there trying to make a few bucks on your property without your permission and end up scamming good people.

I then take the opportunity to remind them to let me know about any issues.

Mission successful.Prior to reading all the posts I decided to send a "Late Rent - Reminder" and a "Unauthorized Pet Lease Violation" notice to the Tenants.  

Despite frequent reminders, Elite was unable to schedule a re-inspection for Property A by November 19, 2018, and was unable to explain why the re-inspection was never scheduled.

If I screw up some money for some reason I put that much work in myself to make it up or at least feel that I made it up and take that loss of time in my mind a s a reminder before I blow another wad of cash on her - I mean on something. :)I love reading The Millionare Mind and Next Door (at least once a year), but they don't truly focus on how they built their money.

This reminds me... 

The recent negative trend of central bank interest rates just reminded me about how cheap financing is to everybody else (who aren't half as responsible with their money or debt as I am) and how financing would change my investment life... so I started screening the internet one more time trying to find something.
