Nate it pays to remember that death, divorce, job loss, relocation, over extension of credit and obligations is a constant in society you just have to be in the right places at the right times to solve those problems as quickly, efficiently and amicably as possible in order to profit.

Relocating from Denver this summer and looking to hire a property management company.

Hey BP, So we're planning to relocate to Austin, TX right before our daughter starts school in a couple of years.

Buying an owner-occupied house is tricky because relocating motivated sellers can be a logistical nightmare & deal-killer.

It also seems like we could do an owner move in eviction for the main unit and simply raise the rent of the ADU to get the tenant to leave, but this seems less fair and potentially more problematic than giving both tenants the proper relocation assistance.
