I like the idea of giving him 6 months to come up with a solution.

IT'S SO NICE finally having a reliable contracting crew - it's only taken me 2 years.

Ask them open-ended questions until they say something crazy, like needing me to help them find "reliable transportation" or security for their kids. 

Once you've proven yourself, then you can expand into more creative solutions.

Simple just get it for 15k less sometimes the easiest solution is the best LOL
