This is the same when we were suggesting to the banks that they have customers initial all parts of their 1003 at doc signing to confirm all provided information was correct - that would have stomped out many liar loans (keeping the half honest people honest) and stopped the loan officers from creative changes.For some reason, no one ever implements the simplest of safeguards, therefore - are they really that concerned?

To a lesser extent, did the repair cost 2000 bucks ( not really relevant, but you could argue it as a reason for non-payment if the first 2 questions are true) if you haven't paid it yet, don't.

So far my experience with them have been very positive, good customer service, good rates, responsive to my questions etc, etc, but being such a new company, I am worried that they are not legit, ie sign my house over and never send me my money or try to scam me in some way.

@Joshua Dorkin@Brandon TurnerFWIW, my c.card was just hit for the annual renewal , no problem but it would be a good customer service to Notify the Pro Account holder with an invoice by email to notify them in advance of the annual charge rather than getting my c.card statement and trying to figure out if this was the last book I purchased or what.

The NACA program isn't designed to be fast or easy, but if you follow the guidelines, you WILL succeed.Lots of people find it very helpful to keep all the relevant documents on a thumb drive so they can instantly resubmit them when the counselor asks.
