A lot of people get started trying to wholesale properties, as it involves locking up properties for a relatively small amount of money. 

Name's Mike and I recently moved into Lawton OK for some job related schooling then I'll be moving again. 

Unfortunately I do not have RE experience and am not qualified for any of the jobs I see except possibly a leasing agent.Any recommendations for getting a position in a RE related field if you do not have experience and the goal is to learn the business?  

We both know homes aren't cheap up here even relative junkers.

There certainly is a large range, relative to updates needed, in the foreclosure space.
