I hope I am wrong but I think values will fall significantly which will ultimately put banks in a bigger bind because every one of their clients that had a decent amount of equity as a safety net for the bank will be lost.

Gurus don't teach underwriting, safety or soundness or legal strategies and compliance, they teach how to identify the deal, what to say to the seller, the documents needed and how to take the money.That's the problem, people want it right now, the short cut, and are simply not willing to study and take good advice, especially if it is contrary to what they want to hear.....IMO!
