Does your rental have better features?

I have not used the PM feature yet so this will be a good test.

I have a few locations scouted out that have similar features in case I cannot get all property owners on one block to agree, though I thought a few discussions around each block would let me get the temperature quickly.

While I am willing to pay a small premium for the potential and location of this property, they are asking full retail value for what it could be when turned around.  

I've been crunching the numbers and the mortgage insurance premium can really cut into rental income.

It is also less than a mile from the downtown area featuring bars and restaurants.
