Would you recommend paneling or drywall, and what factors need to be considered when making this choice?

My funds are limited however, local banks and Credit Union like Navy Fed offer; Zero down, no PMI for members called “Military Choice”, these have higher interest rates advertised for example rate of 4.5% but with funding fee 1.75%, origination fee 1%, .5 of a point.

No...in our community, there are provider choices - and everyone has a preference.

I think the best approach would be to show her why it's a bad idea, and let her come to the choice not to do it on her own.

This is an agonizing choice to have to make.
