Hello everyone I'm 21 years old and decided to purchased an online course to become a real estate agent.This is my first post here and wanted to ask anyone what advice do y'all have for me, in becoming an agent or just any real estate advice in general, your tips and advice will go a long way and will be highly appreciated.Also I wanted to point out that my main goal is to invest into real estate being into rental properties, multi family and maybe fix and flip.

I did my first fix and flip in 2020 and it was very stressful as I did not have all the people in place to make it a true success story.
