look elsewhere.look in other areas popularized on here, but don't be complacent....aka, fly there to take a look before buying, speaking to other landlords/residents/companies in those areas about the area/company/house/rents etc....then dive in.here's an example, in my area of Baltimore....right now I have a contract to purchase a home for 12500, do about 10-12k to it. and without a doubt will get 1000 per month for it. the knowledge I have in everything rental property in my area is key to making something like this happen, with confidence. if youre willing to jump through the necessary hoops, (and they seem near endless) this can be done by you and one of many areas.

I know brick is for popular around the area. and the only frame homes sold around the area were cash sales.

I have had an attorney look over the popular ones and he said it was great.

As a bonus it also removed the weight of the dreaded WC 'tax' & ongoing employee liability. 

Our company uses SalesForce which is a very common and popular CRM.

It is in the mountains of Western NC, and a popular tourist destination.

Worth it's weight in gold.  

I did some reading online, and came up with the below parameters on which the choice of carpet can be based:Carpet material: Nylon/Polyester(PET)/Triexta, etcCarpet cut: Cut-pile/Plush/Berber/Loop, etcCarpet Face weight: 14oz/17oz/25oz, etcCarpet pad: 8lbs, etc..I spoke to a few carpet stores in town, but each one of them told me a different choice.

It could be money, connections, systems, etc... separate yourself from the heard investors tent to flock to the latest trend and this is a business of once something becomes popular it becomes saturated quick.

Not saying you need them, but part of the popularity of granite counter tops is that they last and don't really wear out.
