The most cost benefit way of maximizing your return in NJ  in regards to buying an investment is following NJ Transit and its stops whether express stops back into NYC or productive stops with good schools, rental numbers and communities for a longer occupancy of your tenant(s), Stop at Newark NJ at main station and pick up the train stops pamplets and indentify some towns you would be comfortable based on your capable pre-qualified buy in with liquid $$ and your debt to income can sustain.

This way you can judge what keywords are being eaten up by the bigger players and what keywords the competitors are not utilizing which goes back to getting an edge in the marketplace.So yea I don't really worry much about the competition.

I anticipate this happening again, since she obviously does not grasp the concept of physics that is in play here.The other shelving unit that failed last month was a 5/4" wooden shelf with a 1 1/2" wooden rod for hanging clothes with nice hefty L-brackets (this shelf pulled the screws out of the anchors), so she has demonstrated the capability to stress and fail even the sturdiest of structures.
