Right now all we have is a story with no pictures.I think Jason Scott on here looking at it physically because he is local to you would give great insight on what is actually going on.Remember that if you want a lot of custom detail work that is very expensive and time consuming.

Thanks @Kelly N.I did get that far and there was so much "busy-ness" on the pages it turned into a time consuming effort in the search.Using the filter options helped some and I did find 2 properties but there should be some sort of "ordering by column or field" so those items jump immediately to focus.Thank you for answering and have a great day.

I would have to say, Brokerage houses can make a difference with regard to things like overall market presence, dedicated marketing platforms, well supplied buyer pipeline based on advertising exposure, etc.

If they are indicative of jobs and the economy in general, you might be competing with a rental market that must accept a consumer that flip flops between being a tenant and owner then tenant again as a cycle.
