I'm a big fan of tiny homes because they're more mobile if you do need to move them, people love them, you can clean them quickly, you can put them almost anywhere physically, and the cash flow per square foot is ridiculous, and you don't have to deal with construction.

Normally you have a lot more benefits with real estate, which comes with more work here and there, more control, more risk, physical tangibility, leverage, potential cash flow, etc.There is always a lot to consider when making your decisions, so learning from a lot of different resources as much beforehand is always a plus.

Referring to your example in the previous reply - if I reached out to someone in Albany because I think they'd be a good fit for a wholesale deal but they end up choosing option A, could I represent them as an agent without being physically present?
