@Robert Trevino Right now in my market the cost to build is just so much greater than the cost of purchasing existing that unless you’re building a personal home no one is building.

The only exception is finding a drywall person and general carpentry person; that's the only jobs I try to find an individual person for.

Again.... from professionals I haven't met and friends whom I know personally that run their own companies...I am curious, what is your policy on hiring friends (whom own their own companies) to work on your properties?

Out of the three areas you mentioned, personally I would prefer Cincinnati in that list.

I have read a lot of posts on Residential Assisted Living, that I am considering getting involved in, and seems like many of the posts make reference to RAL Academy and noted that there is an online version and in person version . . . wondering if any of you have taken either and if you would recommend one over the other and why.

For that reason, I personally don't buy properties that fall under an HOA.Food for thought!

I personally like white trim, but if everything is in good condition and stained-just keep it.
