If I can get a college kid (usually on that is already renting from me) to do very very basic work, I pay about $10.For anything that takes skill, even for something as easy as patching a hole in a wall...I have trouble finding anyone reasonable.  

The numbers penciling out are certainly important but matter little if the lender can't perform a loan closing reliably or on time.
