I had assumed that since they each had students across the country then their blanket statements covered California as well.

@Joshua Fu  To your question about high property taxes, yes NJ has among the highest property taxes in the country.

Just to give you some areas to look into: the Wekiva and Sweetwater neighborhoods, Bear lake Rd area, and Country Creek neighborhood (1000+ homes) are all in highly desirable school districts.

Plus, an up and coming area here is a hell of a lot safer than other gentrifying areas of the country.

I know a quite few people who have been very profitable in this country.
