I  Live in Oregon city and I’m in the process of searching for an online course to obtain my real estate license and from there, of course, finding the right path to pursue training/mentorship. 

There are several online schools the offer licensing. 

Don't go to a lawyer for training on real estate. 

Interview a bunch of places and see what they offer regarding training and tools regarding investment properties.
