I think it’s a great idea but I’m curious how it would go over politically.Many view flippers as bloodsuckers making money on the back of unfortunate owners who lost their home to the greedy Wall Street/Banking community.The fact that entire neighborhoods get redeveloped and blighted homes get remodeled seems irrelevant.
