I moved to Columbus a few years ago (from Portland, Oregon which was super expensive) to become a full time real estate investor, and ever since, I've completed quite a lot of BRRRRs, flips, and own a successful rental portfolio here in Columbus Ohio. 

Any investors here have experience doing this and/or have referrals of real estate attorneys and title companies familiar with this strategy?

It's a whole suite of forms that you can utilize for move in, pets, extentions, applications etc.

5) Talk to experienced property management companies and get their feedback on areas, current rental rates, tenant base, etc.

Can you get started with a house hack close by to where you live or move if you have to? 

A day before the move-in date, they are backing out.

To avoid escrow delays and tenant upset, I decided to stick with the prior management company.  

At the end of the day, it's a better use of your time to move your focus and energy elsewhere.

If you cannot answer your phone or write up a deal when they want they might move on. 

Can anyone recommend companies who manage these types of properties?
