If you chunk up there are two main ways to invest in real estate, actively and passively.  

My main focus right now is multi family, but as I continue learning I'm sure I will be open to other types of opportunities. 

Our main meeting is the 3rd Thursday of the month and Michelle and I run a subgroup on the 4th Thursday of each month.
