I currently have about 60k in an emergency fund as wellAll input appreciatedI also dont mind holding until this eviction thing passes and some homes might hit the market in sept/octo however it takes a month to cash out refi 

Im asking as I am realizing that of I were to include these additional expenses, it would make a tremendous difference in regards to my monthly cash flow.Thank you for your input!

So I'm lost on how this thing works my landlord is loosing faith on it to so thats to many landlords being talked about on here and ain't but about 10 different people on here and that's like 4 landlords feeling that way so think about Ll the people that's not on here and how many landlords feel like that and with them feeling like that ain't good .
