When they are promoting lending in 3rd, 4th and even 5th position people will lose opportunity and money in new ways.

Right now I have a very demanding 9-5 and don’t see running an Airbnb as an option right now.

There are a few STR lenders that can do something like that, but if they are lending on STR you will definitely see the mix of income strategies that could really be a benefit.

Hi,I have finally decided to invest in a house hacking strategy and have two options, I am very confused between both and would love to get some opinion from folks here1.

Now that I have graduated from Winona I would like to branch out and see what options there are out there for me to become financially free.

We are preapproved and ready to get going but need to explore our options and get as much good advice as possible. 

It may be worth speaking with a different lawyer or financial advisor to get a second opinion and weigh the pros and cons of each option before making a decision.
