I believe everyone can make up their own minds, but I also feel that it's only right that people be informed about what they're getting involved in.

It is not very user friendly, it's very difficult to understand a lot of what it can do and what each setting means. 

My own opinion would be that you would want a real estate agent involved, and in many cases a property management company also does some realtor work so you might be good there.

This method involves purchasing properties that need work, rehabilitating them to add value, and then refinancing based on the improved value to fund additional investments.
