Hi Everyone,I'd like to introduce myself and talk about my goals for the year.I'm a complete newb besides the education I've received through listening to podcasts and taking notes but I'm ready to begin my real estate investment journey and would like to take a solid core team of individuals along for the ride.First, I will begin wholesaling deals in Ramsey County and may branch out into other markets once my business runs on autopilot through the use of VA's and acquisition managers.

Second, unless you plan to do inspections each week or potentially sell the property mid-rehab, I see no reason that a rehab project should be planned such that there are multiple points where the project is in a "releasable" form.Agile/Scrum introduces a LOT of overhead to the development process.

It is rather expensive, but the materail is still good, the training very inspiring and with the packet comes training seminars in London, webinars, a portal with loads of material, but most important, a mentor who will "hold our hand", introduce us to a British Team of all we need to start and do the business in the UK, including finding and analyzing deals and they will help us set up a company in the UK also.
