Is there a 101 course on this stuff?

I think B-/C+ type stuff is the place to be, and Chicago is full of C class buildings in solid areas with a Chipotle or Starbucks nearby. 

Own it to build equity and courses will teach you some, but the free stuff and getting a mentor is better.

So perhaps you just skip over all my Georgia stuff and I just say that I'm rooting for ya to get something signed. 

From the stuff I was looking at, and of course build up your team and research this, the bigger, nicer houses that slept 10-14 people as opposed to the ones that slept 6-8 seemed to rent almost exponentially higher per week for what wouldn’t be that much more per month in the mortgage.

From all the reviews I've read, it seems people are trying to lay this stuff over unlevel floors.you can't lay this over ceramic tile if there's lippage. it appears no one uses self leveling underlayment before plank install either.Has anyone here actually properly installed plank over a perfectly level floor... and still had issues?
