I have a tenant that is making many false claims about things that I have done and I need to be able to document every single interaction with her which includes walking prospective tenants through her unit this weekend.

I do not intend to use one for my first live-in multifamily, but I would like to begin fostering a that relationship so when I am ready to acquire the 2nd unit I will have that team member in place.
