We’ve been searching the forums for answers to some obstacles we have faced, and it is amazing how helpful everyone is.

That’s a big obstacle for me personally doing oos.

There are so many people and posts in here that stuff tends to slip between the cracks. 

There is that reputation thing, as mentioned by Chad, the more deals you close with sellers the more reputation you have, and they start reaching you (I can see that myself in the last month), but I think with enough determination, hard work, and a little bit of out of the box thinking, one can overcome that obstacle. 

My wife’s parents invested in her name over 14 years ago and destroyed her credit with 2 foreclosures and a bankruptcy.

Every one of those obstacles is something that needs to be mitigated.

Although they told me I have first option to buy, anyone can come in here and make a pretty cash offer.

I have a friend who rents all 3 rooms in her house and lives in an unfinished basement.

I would say that all of us in here have read at least 1 of those books in the past and it has been instrumental in shaping our journey.
