Hi,it’s off market through a friend that introduced me to the seller and has purchased a property from this seller in the past.

From pictures and more information, the seller stated that his home/living space was upstairs and a whole entire business was downstairs.

Specifically, I'm curious about how you find information on local regulations, how you automate the process, and how you make it fast and efficient.So far, my approach has been to call each municipal building to ask about their regulations on short term rentals.
