I do think all of these companies could be the future of the REI industry and can be niche for people who have the capital as accredited investors, and your talking to the man who bangs the drum for diversification in a real estate portfolio harder and longer than anyone else.

The only way to pull the cash out of the 401k is to take a distribution, which of course would be taxable event, plus penalties if the distributions is taken prior to normal retirement age.

If he has a policy that is adequate for the risk, then his policy will be hit first in the event of a claim and yours would be secondary to his policy.Because you are building your rental portfolio, I would seriously consider requiring all your tenants to have a base minimum renters policy.

Most of the free tutorials you can find online are for general use (no specific industry) so you may not see it fit, however, QB can be customized to tailor special industries like REI.

I ordered a 3-way topsoil mix (1/3 sand, 1/3 silt, and 1/3 sawdust) and what was delivered was a very poor quality product (I talked to 4 different industry professionals, who all believed he delivered fill dirt with some wood shavings added to it.
