For me I am in sales and commission environment so I prefer to spend more time on earning commissions which in turn I can pump into more passive style opportunities.If I was in a role where it required less time or had less earning upside I would most likely be more in favor of hands onHope that helps !

Ideally, the comps should be as physically close to your subject as possible, with nearly identical features (square footage, house style, amenities, etc), and sold as recently as possible.
