Hello ,I have been listening to many podcasts on the Eviction Moratorium and manipulation in the real estate market due to current events.

Met a bunch of funds this AM at a networking event. 

Search for ‘Central MD REI Social’ here on BP and you should find the monthly event page.  

Lots of great connections all over but we also have a very strong and active contingent here in MA on here so make sure to find them (Set up some keyword alerts to find out about local topics) and get connected.Besides doing that on here make sure to get out to some of the many local investor events we have.  

In the event the application for residency is not approved or accepted, or if the residence is not ready for occupancy, the deposit will be returned to the applicant(s). 

It doesn't have to be fancy or expensive (free is good), just post over in the Events section of the site.

If you have to get either insurance company involved, the more documentation that you have on the specifics of the event, the better. 

In that event, some 80% of housing developers and builders went under.

Need help figuring this one out, in the event a conventional loan/ bank is not going to work out for me.Thanks for any and all tips/advice!

I also am looking fwd to going to the event on the 17th.
