HOAs deal financially with owners - no one else.

I’m pretty good at goal setting and laying out financial plans.

Financial freedom How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Out of state investing requires alot of trust on your part and I'm going on faith trusting the acquaintances that I met at a local Financial Independence group.

It was still an investment; but paid off very quickly with improved interest and ratings.

Our current plan to continue our journey toward financial independence through RE is to sell the SFH at the beginning of next summer and move into a duplex or a fourplex and self manage the property.

Partners want financially stable folks that can follow through with obligations.
