I have a tenant in Portland, OR in a house that needs the carpet restretched.

Normally with distressed sellers there is deferred maintenance which can be expensive.I'm not sure what the square footage is, but new floors and carpet alone for an entire house could easily be 11k, so the price actually isn't all that attractive. 

I am negotiating a seller financing deal for a student house at $380000.

Hello we are trying to house hack in the Daytona Area!

Will share though anyway...I started with having one house 3 years ago, and now we owe and manage 3 houses in Mt.Pocono and had a few friends who just invested a few months ago in the same community.

That loan is great for house-hacking either a single family home, duplex, or fourplex.

So I was playing around the data and created a simple interactive map for housing market data visualization by counties across the US, like home prices distribution, mean days on market, listings number, etc. 

Imagine if I hired that realtor to sell your house and give me the money.
