I'm new to the site and will explain the dilemma/opportunity that I am in.

I met an informa REI group through this site and went to a meeting the other eveing.

I ended up at that site yesterday for some reason.

One problem is they don't last long from wind and sun.However, I am closing on a house that is in the college rental area, but is located on a dead-end dirt road with no traffic whatsoever.So I will be ordering customized 'For Rent' signs with my web site prominently featured.

I am not a blogger-type, so I would not write a blog.I do enjoy reading them; however, and would 'use' the blogs by reading the blogs of others (as I do off-site now).

The site contains Retail, Office and of course luxury living by an award winning development company.

I stumbled upon this site while doing some research into REO bulk properties.

I have been learning from Ray Alcorn since the day I got interested in real estate.His posts (on a different site), speaking in person and his course (if you could call it that... it is more of a desk guide for commerical real estate investing) are all top notch.Best of luck!
