I would recommend that you cancel the boiler system if you are going to separate the heat though as the forced air furnaces will be less hassle long term than the boilers.

If the tenant keeps skipping out on the vendor then it's obviously not that important.If it's something serious, no heat, bed bugs, water problem, then that can be classified as an emergency and you can enter without notice.

I would have changed out the system but there was a timing issue.I've been gradually installing newer heat pumps/AC units as they "break" but would never do one that wasn't broken.
