Are there any reliable mortgage companies out there that lend 90% LTV on multifamily homes? Just seeing if my options are limited to 80% LTV, which is what I am finding in my local area.Thanks!

Make sure you have a title search done and get title insurance.

I found BiggerPockets when I googled a guru I was introduced to back in September of 2017.

I tried to do a quick search for it on the forums but couldn't find it...

I also got the downloaded book and it's a PDF file so I can search for keywords in the text.
