But some article I read (it was just talking about how rent income was not increasing as much as expenses) made me think of future of real estate investing, and wanted to hear your opinions and perspectives about future of real estate market.Let's face it, we are taking advantage of people who can't purchase a home to make profit for ourselves.

I self manage right now, as I'm a small operation and local, but plan on growing and hiring property managers in the future. 

This is also a small private college town, so there’s no shortage of tenants now or in the foreseeable future.

I am starting to want to get involved with setting myself up with a better financial future so house flipping and real estate has really caught my attention.
