I'm not sure that property managers are in my future but I would love to get out of the hot seat eventually.

I am a business owner from Grand Rapids, MI with ~100 employees, and I have read several Robert Kiyossaki books, (increase your financial IQ, Cash flow Quadrant, Loopholes of Real estate and a couple more)  I am just recently diving in head first on real estate investing.

Commercial real estate investing is largely a matter of analysis regarding financial data, conservative projections based on that data, and market/feasibility.  

In the not to distant future a company called Hogslat will be building a large production facility in Wright County.

I now realize that working for someone else will not get me where I want to go financially.

@Danny Wu I cant answer that question right now but as I learn more about this area's market i'll talk to you about it. look online and do some research @Sean Lauber , my job pays me very well, but I'm looking for more financial independence.
