Looking for an Investor friendly title companies for Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Nevada, and Texas.

I currently work in the Information Technology department for one of the companies.I'm new to real estate and started listening to the Bigger Pockets podcasts a few months ago when my friend who is a landlord and owns several properties told me about it.

My brother lives in Sydney (I'm an ex-pat Canadian with strong ties to Toronto and Calgary) and I can tell you, long-term, Canadian/Aus/NZ cities consistently rank high on the most livable city lists.

Hi All,I am looking for an experienced investor friendly real estate agent in Canton, Ohio.

I'm not sure how you would approach your friend to buy their property, but in terms of financing, you could always try for a conventional loan program (lesser property requirements, so you could swing a fixer upper pending how extensive the repairs needed are).

If you choose to impress friends and other investors you ignore the fact that your own cash is generating the income rather than the property.
