They have a lot of tools and learning sources.

But, again, if you have a source/citation that says otherwise, I’m always open to learning something new.

I still am teaching myself day in and day out when it comes to podcasts, books, videos, blogs, and literally anything real estate knowledge source.

Wholesalers are very valuable IMO bc they're constantly sourcing deals... that being said, some of the methods wholesalers use can be shady and morally wrong.

Just wanted to make sure you're thinking of everything - and I certainly agree with @Nathan G. as there's plenty of great opportunities to source a deal and partner with others who can help you take it over the finish line. 

Hi @Mike Bianchi, my approach is to find the people who are experts in sourcing deals and to partner with them by providing my expertise in investor relations and I also bring my own capital to deals.

It also has a large pole barn on the property that I would still use for myself to run our food truck out of which is also why I would like to hang on to the property.

What I have found difficult is sourcing low cost replacement window.
