They were talking about the new laws, and I heard the judge make some comments that leads me to believe that all parties in this business (judges, lawyers, landlords, tenants, local government) are still kind of "flying blind" as there has not been any interpretation of these various provisions in a court yet (case law, I believe it is called), and - not surprisingly - the way these new statutes were written will generate a lot of unintended consequences as well as questions that really no one has answers to.

I am located in Yuma AZ, and in those areas that I mentioned in Texas I like that they are cities so easily accessible for people to fly in especially for the businesses I want to do on the property its important to me for it to be easily accessible, I like the weather in those areas, there is a lot to do around those areas it seems.
