Contracts are meant to either be mediated OR contested and enforced in a court of law.

The fact that certain words such as "agreement" and "bound" are used in documents does not automatically lead to binding force, but the main thing is to assess what the parties meant.

With that type of stacking do you need to have all LLCs set up prior or is that structure meant to give you the ability to add cards that would be still under the same account like authorized users?
