If you’re confident in the current price, you could hold at the price you agreed to and tell the buyer to come out of pocket for the rest (if they’re willing/able).Or, if they’re not willing, cancel the agreement and sell to another buyer at the original/higher price (assuming you have a buyer willing to pay it).Or finally, agree to come down on your price to make the sale happen with the current buyer.

So we finally qualify for a mortgage this year after 2 years of self-employment... we wanted to buy our first property, a 2-4 unit place with FHA this year... but with the whole coronavirus thing, supposedly the market prices are supposed to go down... but I live in a small town, and no one here seems to want to reduce their prices as of yet... prices are pretty expensive here on the west coast.
