Hey BP,I'm hoping to get some advice from investors who have successfully done a long distance BRRRR.I'm hunting for my first investment property and my goal is to do an out-of-state BRRRR for a single-family home.I read @David Greene's fantastic book, and have been following his methodology step-by-step.I'm currently in the team-building phase to have my boots on the ground. 

I'm in my last steps to lock up financing (conventional) on my first investment property - final inspection was this morning and am discussing options with my lender.  

I also wanted to take more time and go more in depth for you guys, rather than just an overview--so you can expect a complete in depth guide with books, companies, sites, everything I do, all out on the table for you to take back into your own business.

Since coming across wholesaling and its true meaning in May 2018, I have spent countless hours educating myself via podcasts and reading books.

You probably know this already, but it helps to remember to keep good books and records.

I have been reading books and listening to BP for about 5-6 months now.

My wife and I bought our first stvr this year and just finally got it ready to rent.

I must have called a dozen local banks here around town without getting any response before finally settling on one.

House flipping spreadsheet is pretty good and there is the book on flipping houses spreadsheet, but that is a little outdated.

BiggerPockets is definitely the place to be with this, make sure you take in a lot of the podcasts and books that they have here!
