If nothing else, the last couple months has really helped me realize how truly blessed I am that we are well positioned financially and don't have to live in constant fear and stress of how we will pay the bills or feed our family if there is a temporary disruption in our income. 

I could feel the dogs energy and it wasn’t very good.The tenant offered for me to feed the dog a treat and see if he responded differently afterwards.

But, none of it has to do with those being lesser persons of value, or that it is necessarily the reason there is an infestation, etc, other than it is proven that someone on a hud program is less likely to have discretionary income, more likely to be just getting by, and would most likely need to feed a family and put gas in a car than to treat their problem.

Have you looked at houses that rent for more money that don't have all the condo feed?

The opportunity to sell into a feeding frenzy exists now, and I feel confident that the time window of opportunity for that is closing.

I've learned that the fire goes out much quicker if you don't feed it. 

@Glenn Hoffman I’m using Stessa and having issues with the bank feed - it tends to stop working every few weeks with one particular bank I use but not the other.
