In Akron, if you've notified the landlord (in writing) and the landlord failed to cure the problem in 30 days, you'd be able to escrow rent with the court to get them to fix the issue.

Fauci focused on three main failings by the public and authorities: (1) many states have reopened too quickly, (2) people are not abiding by rules of social distancing and facemasking, and (3) the authorities need to do a better job at contact tracing (where individuals who have been in touch with those who test positive with COVID-19 are contacted and told to stay home).

If you have a 1031 exchange you should likely have the funds with the 1031 company and never touch the money.Do you mean you need a tax accountant to determine your tax liability if you have a failed exchange and cannot find suitable replacement property?
