A few of the questions I have are answered generally (with other states) in these forums but if anyone who is knowledgable about how Tax Deeds work in Georgia specifically could answer some of these, I would be extremely grateful.These are the things I would like to know before I start investing...1) Is the entire amount bid (winning bid amount) subject to the 20% penalty (amount applied in Georgia for the first 12 months) or just the initial taxes owed?

It should be closer to 30%.I would like this Park closer to 1.3M but if the market is extremely hot or it comes with extra land then it could make sense.Any major capital improvements needed?

I'm sure all areas are not created equal but if you are in a position to take advantage of the banks motivation I think many will find this extremely rewarding.I have found the banks not only flexible in pricing but also in the method of constructing the transaction.

Turbo Tax is extremely sub par for preparing any return with extensive investments and/or self employment income.
