It appears that you are interested in investment real estate, which I would suggest that you find a brokerage that is friendly to the same, and even more so, one that has a broker that invests, or at least works with investors extensively.  

Hello, I found a property in need of extensive work in northern NJ.

Hi,I am at least six months or more away from completing the rehab of the house I just purchased, the house needs extensive work to be brought back to code.Pretty much entire house needs to be renovated so possibly I may need to move them a couple of times and once I am done with the renovation I need to fumigate the house as well.I am seeing some good deals on appliances during this holiday season.
